How we handle your details

Halsted Digital (Rhett Simons, hello@halsteddigital.com.au) collects your email, website address and consent tick to prepare and email your free website report, and whether you ticked the separate box for a follow-up email and updates. Without your email and website address I can't prepare or send the report. This form sends your answers to HubSpot (HubSpot, Inc.), which stores them in Australia (Sydney). HubSpot and its service providers may also process them in other countries, including the United States. Emails, including your report, are stored by Google (Google Workspace), including in the United States. This means your details are disclosed to service providers overseas. They aren't sold or shared for marketing, and I keep them for 2 years after our last contact. The privacy policy at halsteddigital.com.au/privacy explains how to access or correct your details and how to make a complaint. Please don't include any patient or health information.

FAQ

About the free report

Written with AHPRA advertising guidelines in mind. This is general information, not legal advice. You remain responsible for your advertising.

Is it really free?

Yes. There's no cost and no obligation.

Who reviews my site?

We do. Every report is prepared by a person, not just an automated scan.

What's in the report?

We review your home page and up to 4 key pages: your contact or booking page, the about the doctor page, one procedure page and your referrer page. You get a prioritised list of what to fix, written in plain English.

Do you check my site against AHPRA guidelines?

Copy is written with AHPRA advertising guidelines in mind, and the free report flags items worth reviewing. It isn't a compliance rating, and it's general information, not legal advice.

Will you contact my practice?

We don't send test enquiries through your forms without your permission.

What happens after I get it?

That's the only email you'll get, unless you ticked the follow-up and updates box. If you did, we'll email you once about the report after you've had it.

I don't have a website yet. Can I still ask?

The report reviews a site you already have. If you don't have one yet, book a short call: a 15 minute call to talk through what a new site would involve.
